The Territory Sales Representative is primarily responsible for developing Andersen residential and commercial sales objectives driven through corporate business plan and key corporate delivery stakeholders. This position is responsible for managing multiple dealer accounts and driving the overall sales process.
Collaborates with Sales Management and other sales delivery partners nationally or regionally to drive account creation, retention and growth.
Align local efforts with strategic account and corporate objectives.
Manage (through internal and external collaboration and communication with Sales delivery partners) market or trade conflicts to ensure alignment of district or company goals and strategies.
Conduct effective, results-focused joint planning meetings that result in actionable plans and ongoing conversation allowing for the accomplishment of sales objectives.
Develop and train account delivery partners to improve account performance, knowledge and efficiency to maximize results.
Participate in sales meetings to ensure alignment with district, division and company goals.
Increase coordination and collaboration with affected Sales Delivery partners and ensure strategies are aligned with channel capacity.
Liaison to Sales Management, Marketing and other internal/external delivery partners to provide input and feedback regarding product, programs and policies.
Develop, deploy and manage Business Plans with account to increase sales performance and meet/exceed sales targets.
Develop Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) with accounts to measure and monitor performance.
Review Business Plans with account stakeholders quarterly to ensure progress to KPI's and ongoing alignment between Andersen and account goals and strategies.Qualifications
