Process Coordinator Position:

  • Process more complex orders/requests
  • Respond to delivery partner/customer requests/inquiries
  • Clarify, diagnose, and resolve customer requests/issues
  • Produces delivery partner/customer reports and communications
  • Identify and implement ways to improve overall level of service
  • Communicate process information to internal delivery partners
  • Provide customer/delivery partner feedback
  • Coordinates and assists with training of Associates
  • Contributes to the improvement of standard processes
  • Responsible for more complex tasks
  • Advanced knowledge of products/ services and customers/delivery partners
  • Knowledge of unique/specific business process within a business function
  • Works under some supervision following instructions and procedures defined, requiring judgment in application
  • Serve as a department project team member and Leads by example
  • Able to deliver formal presentations to department and delivery partners
  • Able to determine customer needs and assist in problem solving for assigned area
  • High school diploma or equivalent plus 4 years work related experience
  • Evidence of continued education, degree, or certification preferred
  • Advanced knowledge of technical and business tools
  • Strong personal computer skills using spreadsheet, word processing
  • Ability to read and speak English
  • Ability to articulate problems and solutions verbally
  • Ability and skills to collaborate effectively in a team environment
  • Familiarity with inventory management systems a plus
  • Able to work any and all overtime
