If you have a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and 2-4 years of experience, you could:
 
Develop and lead analysis, interpretations, and implementing complex financial and accounting concepts, or techniques for financial planning and control, by performing the following duties:
  • Interpret and applies corporate financial policies, government legislation, and accounting theory Compile analyses and reports for department management and assist in other financial research projects
  • Lead business partners and other financial analysts in compiling performance, support, transaction flows, operations analysis and inventory accounting in any of the support service areas.
  • Analysis of revenue, margin (channel, customer, product), future service projections and new business opportunities
  • Involved in business case standardization and interpretation of reporting results.
 
If you have a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and 3-5 years of experience, you could:
 
Develop, interpret, and implement complex financial and accounting concepts, or techniques for financial planning and control, by performing the following duties:
  • Interpret and applies corporate financial policies, government legislation, and accounting theory. 
  • Responsible for the most complex and interpretive financial analyses.
  • Provide periodic reports and special studies for management.
  • Lead unit’s annual finance budget process, expense/service fee/staff forecasts, projections or statistical reporting, including financial performance, variance explanations, and cost analysis.
  • Responsible for business unit performance assessment/measurement, business case analysis support, business transaction flows, operations analysis and inventory accounting in any of the Financial Support Service areas
  • Responsible for selling, general and administrative expenses (SGA) supporting Engineering, Quality, Sales, Marketing, R&T, IT, HR.
  • Coach Financial/Budget Analysts.
  • Lead and coordinate business unit reporting/planning with other team members.
  • Provide work direction or supervise less experienced financial analysts or consultants as requested.
 
If you have a Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting, and 5-7 years of experience with Supply Chain, developing and executing strategy and using Lean Sigma to maximize profit margin realization, you could:
 
Serve as a financial strategist, responsible for providing financial analysis, planning and reporting to identify significant profit and cash flow improvement opportunities across Andersen's Enterprise Supply Chain and through Andersen's Lean Sigma program. This role involves:
  • Providing strategic thought leadership, financial planning and analysis to the Supply Chain Architecture Director and Regional Supply Chain Architects
  • Proactively identifying opportunities for high value projects through enterprise data analytics and financial analysis.  Help bring clarity to the Company’s most complex opportunities and challenges through data analytics and financial analysis.  Identify and communicate key drivers and implications.
  • Perform Gate Zero modeling to determine viability of business cases and continue with more detailed analysis when required.  Coordinate support for Supply Chain Architecture business cases and guide, review, and coach analysts to assist in completing work.
  • Partner with Master Black Belts supporting their complex projects.
  • Lead Lean Sigma Belts and Finance partners in developing finance valuation and validation of lean sigma projects.  Educate leaders and associates across the Company on valuation and validation methodology as well as key business drivers and performance indicators
  • Guide, review, and coach analysts to assist in completing work.

Qualifications
Analyst 2 requires:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance and preference for CPA or CMA designation
2-4 years’ experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
Ability to multi-task in fast-paced environment
Excellent computer skills
Intermediate understanding of the business
Strong oral and written communication skills
 
Senior Analyst requires:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance and preference for CPA or CMA designation
3-5 years’ experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
Excellent computer skills
Advanced understanding of finance & business concepts
 
FP&A Principal Analyst  requires:
Undergraduate degree in Accounting/Finance, MBA or CPA preferred
5-7+ years of progressive experience in a fast-paced environment in financial analysis, management or similar role
Supply Chain or Logistics experience preferred
Up to 5% travel possible
Capability to serve as a strategic thought leader with the ability to influence team members to focus on the right issues, rallying business partners around a plan for change
Ability to deal with complex issues with a high tolerance for ambiguity and willingness to challenge assumptions and accepted practices to improve performance
Use persuasion to gain support and unify while artfully applying authority/power when necessary to achieve the desired results
