Description

·        Perform daily routine tasks related to job data entry into the HRIS application

·        Monitor HRIS email box for incoming job data requests and follow process to organize and process each request

·        Review request for job data entry into HRIS application for accuracy and completeness

·        Research incomplete or inaccurate requests with various HR business partners and/or requestor

·        Enter job data rows for multiple assigned transaction types and verify for accuracy

·        Review the bi-weekly pay change report to check the pay changes entered for the pay period

·        File transactions required for retention

·        Participate in annual merit processing and auditing

·        Audit transactions for accuracy

·        Utilize mass file load process when necessary

·        Consult with others entering job data into the HRIS application throughout the enterprise and HRIS partners to provide guidance on transactions and resolve issues

·        Work closely with payroll and benefits teams to ensure accurate entries are made providing pay and benefits coverage. 

·        Other duties as assigned 

Qualifications

·        Three or more years’ experience performing PeopleSoft HRMS job data entry, including new hires, terminations, transfers, pay changes and promotions/demotions

·        Strong organizational skills and administrative processing experience

·        Strong analytical skills, technical aptitude and attention to detail

·        Strong oral and written communication skills

         Ability to work 40 hours per week
